Cottages in Offaly

These charming cottages, constructed in the 1990s, are located in Offaly, Ireland, directly across from the owner's former home near his family farmland. Although the owner currently resides in Australia, he acquired these cottages in 2022 to establish a convenient base near his Irish homestead.

 

His plan was to rent one cottage long-term and the other short-term, necessitating a meticulously detailed site plan for the proposed renovations. Given the near-identical architecture of the cottages, a comprehensive site survey was conducted for one, with the other subsequently examined and compared for consistency.
